Through the wonders of modern technology, most of our staff work remotely, meaning big savings on our overheads. This enables us to be very competitively priced. As we charge a fixed monthly fee, this is a huge benefit for our clients as they know they can contact us at any time, request one-off payments etc, without any extra charge. Payroll budgeting has never been easier!

We work as a close-knit team, covering for each other as required. While one of us will be mainly responsible for your payroll, you will have the benefit of the expertise of the whole team. So, whoever is allocated to process your payroll, you can rest assured that you are in good hands.

Eric Neal

Eric has used his comprehensive knowledge of payroll to provide New Zealand companies with what he believes is the most flexible and price-competitive payroll outsourcing service in the country, with a great team to back him up.

He also has a burning ambition to help solve the problems created by the Holidays Act, which is a disaster. But it is bitter/sweet. He knows that most employers don’t want to deal with the complications caused by the Act, so they outsource their payroll, resulting in a win/win outcome. Every cloud has a silver lining, but he would rather there were no clouds.

In recent years, Eric has developed a passion for writing and has recently launched a book entitled ‘Completing the Jigsaw Puzzle’. No, it’s not about Payroll, and neither is it about jigsaw puzzles. Sian

Sian joined Ace Business Solutions in 2014, and with her sound knowledge of payroll has taken on a large portfolio of clients. Sian is also responsible for IRD payments and invoicing.

Naira

Naira, with an MBA in Marketing, joined us in 2018. She has an expanding portfolio of clients as the company grows. She is a whiz with spreadsheets which are often used for special reporting requirements. If we have any particularly difficult payrolls, Naira normally handles these.

Mauricey

Mauricey specialises in Crystal Payroll, having been with us from the start of our Crystal journey. Her role with the company is growing as prospective clients are recognising the advantages of the many features offered by the Crystal Payroll system and embracing Ace Business Solutions as their payroll provider.
