Note: The following are our standard services which we can modify to suit your specific needs.

• Data entry for the pay frequency of your choice and other periodic payments as required.
• Printing Management Reports and submitting to client as and when required.
• Safe storage of all necessary printed and electronic data and reports.
• Processing pay slips and emailing or mailing direct to staff as required.
• Producing file for electronic payment to staff and emailing file to client, or other payment procedure as arranged. If staff are paid by regular automatic payment, a variance report can be provided showing any variance between the AP figure and net pay due.
• Maintaining full records of all annual leave, sick leave, bereavement leave and other entitlements.
• Providing any available reports as required by client.
• Advising client of details of IRD payments due (IR345).
• Filing IR348s with IRD (ir-filing) either via their website or by mail.
• Producing payroll journals for accounting purposes.
• Providing Quarterly Employment Survey report and/or Business Directory Update Survey Report.
• Answering any queries from client relating to the payroll either by phone or email.
