- Data entry for the pay frequency of your choice and other periodic payments as required.
- Printing Management Reports and submitting to client as and when required.
- Safe storage of all necessary printed and electronic data and reports.
- Processing pay slips and emailing or mailing direct to staff as required.
- Producing file for electronic payment to staff and emailing file to client, or other payment procedure as arranged.
- Maintaining full records of all annual leave, sick leave, bereavement leave and other entitlements.
- Providing any available reports as required by client.
- Advising client of details of IRD payments due (IR345).
- Filing IR348s with IRD (IR-filing) either via their website or by mail.
- Producing payroll journals for accounting purposes.
- Answering any queries from client relating to the payroll either by phone or email.

Conforms with all legal requirements
We use the Ace Payroll system which conforms with all aspects of New Zealand law relating to wages and salaries including the Employment Relations Act and the Holidays Act and KiwiSaver.
Ace Business Solutions does not lock the client into a contract, so the client is free to terminate the payroll processing arrangement at any time. On the other hand, Ace Business Solutions commits to deliver the services required and offered on an ongoing basis.
Ownership of Data
At all times, providing your monthly fee payments are up-to-date, the client owns the data produced by Ace Business Solutions, and can request a copy of the files at any time. This means that if at any stage in the future you wish to process your payroll in-house or terminate your arrangement with Ace Business Solutions for any other reason, your data is immediately available to you.
